Rev. Kevin D. Annett

Rev. Kevin D. Annett

Born in Edmonton, Canada in 1956, Kevin Annett is a former United Church of Canada clergyman who made history in 1995 when he exposed the murder and trafficking of native children by his church and the Catholics and Anglicans. "Defrocked", attacked and blacklisted, Rev. Annett forced a public "apology" for the Indian residential schools genocide in 2008, and helped convene the first common law court trial into these crimes. He presently travels and lectures widely in North America and Europe, and is a human rights consultant with the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (www.itccs.org), in Brussels.
