Reginald Mengi is the owner and executive chairman of IPP Limited, a manufacturing, bottling and media conglomerate, which includes television, radio stations and newspapers. A chartered accountant, he was formerly chairman and managing partner of the accountancy firm Coopers and Lybrand Tanzania and is currently vice president of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors, Tanzania. ^[1]
