Rebecca Miller was a 17-year-old student at Penn Manor High School. She originally hails from Pequea Township, PA. [9]She is remembered for her kindness and for bringing joy to the people around her.
Death
On January 30th around 5:20 pm on Route 324, Miller was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee along with Dakota Bachman in the passenger seat when she lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree. Both were pronounced dead at the scene. Police cite icy roads as a factor in the accident. [9]
