Ray Dotch
Ray Dotch is the brother of Rakeyia Scott, wife of Keith Lamont Scott.
He is a graduate of Howard University and former Supervising Producer of The Real (TV series).
Dotch spoke on behalf of the family at a press conference following the release of the Charlotte Police dash-cam and body-cam footage of the killing of Keith Scott.
"Unfortunately we are left with far more questions than we have answers," Dotch said.
Dotch responded to the ongoing questions by the media about Keith Scott's character, reiterating the bottom line that Scott was "...an American Citizen who deserved better."
