Raven (born July 31, 1964) is the stage name of American pornographic actress Nelly-Marie Vickers. Her fame is due to her participation in the 1985 porn film tetralogy Taboo American Style, which launched her to fame in the porn film industry.^[1]

She debuted in Pornographic film in 1983 in the Michelle Reeves film, Sappho Sextet. The following year she would participate in 16 films, some of which can still be seen with genuine pleasure, partly because of her presence; However, it would not be until 1985 that she would be recognized as a porn superstar by participating in the series Taboo American Style, a rather bland story, typical of porn cinema, of a family involved in sexual relations (the typical "all against all") among themselves, where the teenage daughter discovers her sexuality through her sister's Boyfriend and involves the whole family in sexual relations of all kinds, until concluding with the same daughter having sex with the father, and her incursion into porn cinema as a rising star.

It is curious that her most memorable performances have been in two series of porn movies, especially in the series Catalina Five-0, where her participation is truly dazzling. Notwithstanding her participation in close to a hundred films, it is evident her desire to keep a very low profile as an actress, as even her real name, Nelly-Marie Vickers, is considered an alias.

However, such is her real name, and with this she appears in the 1994 Italian film Private Detective, where she shares credits with Teri Weigel, Rocco Siffredi and Joey Silvera, all of whom appear with their real names in the film's credits.

She would participate in House of Dreams, 1990, and Les femmes érotiques, Sensual Exposure, 1993, by the legendary director Andrew Blake, who combined a rather kitsch photography between eroticism and pornography in his stylish pornographic choreographies without much plot but extremely attractive to the eye.^[2][3]
