Raquel Santos was a model and finalist that represented the state, Mato Grosso, in the beauty pagent, Musa do Brasil, in 2015.
She died from a cardiac arrest after she had gone through a cosmetic procedure of smoothing and refining her wrinkles.
A process called, the Chinese mustache, as they are the wrinkles that surround her mouth.
Raquel Santos has two children. She died at the age of 28.
