Ralmanzow Bell, 21, stood up on the bar at Horsewood's Restaurant in Caldwell, Iowa and proclaimed that Allah was the one true God.

Frightened patrons fled while Christopher Ozuna and staff took action subduing hum, removing his backpack, and taking it away from the bar and throwing it into an alley to get it away from people.

It turned out Bell was drunk and the backpack contained only a bottle of alcohol.

He was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Police officials said Bell has had numerous encounters with police.

In October, 2015 he was arrested in Canyon County, Idaho.

He was also arrested in July 2013 for burglary and September 2015.
