She is heard telling police he doesn't have a gun before they they call out identifying a gun on Keith Lamont Scott and repeatedly calling for him to drop it.
She tells the officers her husband has a TBI (Tramautic Brain Injury) but that he just took his medication and won't hurt them.
Before he is shot she is heard repeatedly telling her husband "don't you do it, don't you do it."
Immediately after the shooting she repeatedly states that he better not be dead.
His death and early accounts from his daughter stating that he was just reading a book led to the 2016 Charlotte, North Carolina Riots.
