Career
Rahilla Zafar started her career in 2000, stares a Public policy intern at San Francisco Board of Supervisors. In 2001-2002, she was a Research fellow at Vera Institute of Justice, conducting field research for NYC’s Alternative to Incarceration (ATI) program in three boroughs. From 2005 to 2006, Rahilla served as a Public information officer at International Organization for Migration.
From 2006 to 2008, Rahilla worked as an Editorial manager at NATO. In 2010-2011, she was a Content manager at Kembrel and Outreach Director at One Degree Solar. In 2012, she joined Springside Chestnut Hill Academy as a Director of Outreach and Partnerships for the Center of Entrepreneurial Leadership. From 2014 she served as a Business development Consultant at Wondros. Rahilla quitted the company in 2015 to join Cisco as a Field Researcher and worked here up to 2016.
Currently, Rahilla is a Managing Director at ConsenSys.
Education
Rahilla holds a B.P.A in Public policy from DePaul University, M.B.A in Social policy and Planning in Developing Countries from London School of Economics and Political Science and M.E.M in Environmental studies from University of Pennsylvania.
