Radojka "Rada" Kecman (b. 1994) is Serbian singer and Instagram Star. In October 2019 she was arrested on charges of illegal possession, manufacturing and trafficking of weapons and explosives.^[1]

Kecman mostly performed in cafe bars, and her Instagram account is known for many provocative photos, as well as those with other famous Serbian singers and celebrities.

She was arrested in her apartment in Novi Sad, where two automatic rifles were found during police search. During the same operation, police arrested her friend, 59-year Swedish national Svetozar Živković; in his possesion police found 11 automatic rifles and number of handguns. Both her and Živković were suspected of being associated with one of the two feuding criminal organisations (clan) in Montenegro.
