Rachel W. Cannon (born Rachel Wells, born on December 5, 1978) is an actress. She is Popular for her roles in Fresh Off the Boat (2015), Mad Men (2007) and Two and a Half Men (2003).

Cannon was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She attended Yukon High School and later studied Film and Television at the University of Oklahoma. Subsequently, she moved to California to pursue a career in the entertainment business.

She plays the role of Deidre, a judgmental white neighbor, in the TV series Fresh Off the Boat . The series is about a Chinese family in the 90’s that relocates from the culturally diverse Washington D.C. to Orlando, Florida.

She was recently featured on CBS’s comedy, The Millers

On Two and a Half Men , Rachel played was Jon’s star-struck date from Idaho, and so impressed executive producer, Chuck Lorre asked her to come back a few seasons later as Chloe, Charlie’s clingy girlfriend that teetered between her love for Charlie and her love for a carpenter for which Enrique Iglesias. She reappears as Chloe, along with several of Charlie's memorable girlfriends, in a pot-induced dream narrated by ZZ Top.

Rachel Cannon has been married to Noah Engh since September 8, 2013.

She is also a long-time yoga practitioner and has been a certified yoga instructor since 2006.
