Quill Pen Ink Publishing is an American literary imprint founded in 2005 by the multi-talented Cat Ellington after the prolific writer completed the first set of productions in her categorically diverse poetry collection. To date, the publishing house is home to the entire Cat Ellington literary division, including the nonfiction book series Reviews by Cat Ellington, of which Reviews by Cat Ellington: The Complete Anthology, Vol. 1 and Reviews by Cat Ellington: The Complete Anthology, Vol. 2 are constituents.^{[1] [2]}

Quill Pen Ink Publishing is the youngest of Cat Ellington's established entities, preceded only by The Black Jaguar Music Company and The Centaur Casting Agency.
