Prateek Joshi is an entrepreneur and artificial intelligence scientist based in Palo Alto, California. He is the founder of Pluto AI. Joshi was selected to be a part of Forbes 30 Under 30. He has been featured in a number of publications including CNBC, TechCrunch, and Silicon Valley Business Journal.

Prateek Joshi attended the National Institute of Technology Karnataka where he earned a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2009. He graduated with a Master of Science in Computer Vision from the University of Southern California.

Joshi has worked as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Science, a Research Intern at Microsoft Research India, and a Computer Vision Intern at Qualcomm. He was then working full-time as a Computer Vision Architect, first for MeCommerce and then Stealth Mode Startup. In March 2016, Joshi founded Pluto AI, an analytics platform for smart water management that enables water facilities to prevent water wastage, predict asset health, and minimize operating costs.

Joshi has been an invited speaker at technology and entrepreneurship conferences including TEDx, Global Big Data Conference, Machine Learning Developers Conference, Silicon Valley Deep Learning, and more.
