Pilar Stella Ingargiola is an American entrepreneur, business consultant, and spiritual coach known for her expertise and specialization in "pattern thinking". Through her ideas in conscious capitalism, she has made an impact to a diverse range of clients to identify patterns in operations, marketing, & strategy to maximize returns & impact.
She is also a Gong master and is a well-known sound bath meditation teacher in Los Angeles. She is also a practitioner of surfing.
Biography
Early Life
Pilar was born in the state of Pennsylvania, a place where she would live for most of her upbringing. She grew up in the city of Ardmore and was raised mostly by her father and older siblings. She is a graduate of Lower Merion High School

After high school, Pilar attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she received her Bachelor of Science in Art history and Biology. She graduated in 1993.
Years later, she moved to Atlanta, where she attended the Emory University, Rollins School of Public Health. While there, she received her Master of Public Heath in Global Policy
Career
Spark Policy
Years after college, she co-founded her first firm in Denver, Colorado. She was the Director of External Affairs for three years. The company was called Spark Policy, otherwise known as CSI (Center for Systems Integration). The firm was dedicated to actively developing and promoting policy solutions to complex policy problems across sectors and disciplines.

She is also the co-founder and facilitator of
Colorado Multi Ethnic Cultural Consortium.
CMECC is an organization committed to create a unified voice for communities of color in advocacy, policy and social change.
Pilar was a co-founding facilitator with the State Senator of Colorado, Peter Groff, the first African American President of the CO State Senate.
HealthThink/GlobalThink
In 1999, Pilar started a consulting firm called HealthThink/GlobalThink.
She was a part of the firm as a Principal for nearly ten years.
The areas of consulting were across many sectors including: policy, philanthropy, health, social, economic, education and environmental issues.
Throughout those years, she worked with corporations in social responsibility, national foundations and associations in strategic philanthropy and policy-oriented social change and giving, policy makers across issues and between public, private and nonprofit sectors, investing and social impact strategies with family offices, investors and more.
OneGiving

After living Colorado for many years, she moved to Santa Monica where she would start a for profit company called OneGiving, a company for developing a standardized giving platform and plug-in between brands such as: corporate, celebrities/pop, and sports, and along with consumers to make giving easy, transparent and sustainable.
Alchemus Capital
After a few years in Los Angeles and connecting with many people along the way, she became the co-founder and managing partner of Alchemus Capital, an investment fund of entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs focused on innovation, integrity and inclusion.
The fund invests in innovative companies across verticals that may be positioned for cross-border commercialization, ranging from pre-Round A, Round A, and post Round A. They also connect with companies with diverse leadership, including women founders at the C-level or serving in meaningful board roles, as well as global and multi-cultural entrepreneurs.
DPOUSA
Pilar is currently a Special Council Member for DPOUSA, a financial platform providing client companies the opportunity to have 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a-year, visibility to an investor base of over 30,000 accredited investors and financial institutions.

The other book she has written is Being the Present: 101 Ways to Inspire Living and Giving.

Pilar brings together the tools of leadership, yoga, surfing and over 15 years of consulting and entrepreneurship across public-private-nonprofit sectors.
She coaches and facilitates individuals, athletes, executives, boards, events, and collaboratives in conscious approaches to goal setting, strategy sessions, pattern interruption, mindfulness and other innovative tools to enhance outcomes, impact, efficiencies, economies of scale, sustainability, social responsibility and balance.
Personal Life
Pilar lives in Santa Monica where she practices Meditation and Sound healing. She is a member of the Shakti Sound Bath collective of sound healers in Southern California.
She is also a Surfer and is often seen in Malibu.
