Phumeza Mdabe (formally Phumeza Dlwati) is a singer, TV presenter, actress and model from South African. She came into limelight in 2011 when she played the role of Phumi in SABC1’s drama series titled “Sokhulu & Partners”. ^[1]

Phumeza’s date of birth is 15th March 1987. She is thirty three years old. ^[2]

Phumeza’s hometown is Johannesburg, Gauteng. She was born there in 1987. She once posted on her Instagram page that her mother was a domestic staff in the service of her father before having her. She has three siblings. She sadly lost her mother in 2002. ^[3]

Phumeza is married to Mnqobi Mdabe a famous recording artist in South Africa. Together they have four kidsdren. ^[4]

Phumeza released her debut album in 2007 under the Universal Music record label.

The album was titled “Feeling Brand New”. She released a second album titled “Breathing Out” with Shota Music records and a third one titled “Just Listen” was released in 2010 with Gallo Records.

After her third album, Phumeza announced that she was taking a musical break to go into TV presenting.
