Riding on one wheel
Phillip is originally from Northern California and moved to the Los Angeles area in 2011. While in LA, he linked up with Adam22 and Alfredo Mancuso and started riding with them more. Phillip became their photographer and started documenting their lifestyle. Today, his Instagram has over 21,000 followers. Phillip can usually be found at the front desk at the On Some Shit store.
