Peter Lattman is an American journalist lives in New York, New York. He is managing director of media at Emerson Collective and vice Chairman of The Atlantic. ^[1]

Lattman schooled at Harvard University with a Bachelor's degree in history and Literature. He later attended Fordham University School of Law, receiving a JD.

Prior to joining The Atlantic, Lattman is a reporter and editor at The New York Times. He was also a reporter at The Wall Street Journal and at Forbes.

He has been married to Isabel Gillies since October 13, 2007.
