Peter J. Kadzik is the Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs in the U.S.

Department of Justice.

His role is to work with congress arranging and facilitating communications, testimony, legislative priorities and confirmation procedures.

In October 2016, Wikileaks released emails between him and John Podesta about Hillary Clinton email investigation hearings and related Freedom of Information Act requests.

He was also involved in the IRS targeting investigation, making statements that absolved officials of political corruption or bias.
