Perota chingo

Perota chingo

Perota chingo [1] (Argentina, 2011) is an Argentinean duo formed by Julia Ortiz and Dolores Aguirre, known as Dolo and Maju, respectively. The other members of the band are Martín Dacosta and Pocho Álvarez.

These vocalists are from the northern coast of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Their musical proposal arises in 2011, with the self-proposed guitar and two voices.

The musical style proposed by Perota Chingo[2] reveals an encounter with music in a holistic way, which includes Latin American folkloric roots, combining it with new musical[3] creations.

In her interpretations, harmony and voices are cared for with the fluidity and warmth of the performances.
