Education and Certifications
She attended Yale High School between 1996 and 1997 [10].
She then went on to study at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile [11]from 1998 and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism in 2002 [10].
During her college years, she had the opportunity to collaborate with BBC Radio in London [13].
Between February 2006 and March 2006, Paz González attended the Histadruit Institute in Israel and obtained the certification for media coverage in conflict areas [10].
Career
In May 2017, the first collaborative programme between CNN Chile and Chilevisión Noticias (CNV) - "Venezuela Urgente" was launched.
The programme aims to broadcast about the social issues and economic crisis surrounding Venezuela [3].
Paz González is in charge of investigating relations between United States and Venezuela due to her expertise on international issues [4].
Early Life
Paz González was born in 1979 in Copiapó, a city in Northern Chile, to Pilar Merino and Lalo González.
Her father is a well-known folklorist.
Personal Life
She is married and has two children [12].
