Pawel Alva Nazaaruk is a serial and social etrepreneur, inventor, author, and business executive. He is the founder of several companies, including Better World International, The Good Game, and Blockchain Hotels.

Pawel was born in Biala Podlaska, a small city in Eastern Poland. ^[6]He is the youngest of three children. ^[6]Growing up, his mother is a nurse and his father is a carpenter. ^[6]Pawel also had a strong relationship with his extended family, including his grandmother. ^[6]

During his teenage years, Pawel excelled at school and became the team captain of his school's basketball team.

At age 19, while he was at university, Nazaruk established his first company in order to support himself through university.

However, because it grew faster than he imagined, he dropped out in his second year to focus on his entrepreneurial endeavors.

In 2008, Pawel Nazaruk founded his first company, SXT ****, selling scooter and motorbike parts. It began when he could not find a part for his own broken motorbike. When he finally found the part in a store in his university town, he realized that there must be other people with the same problem he had. Pawel took photos of the motorbike parts and began selling them on eBay. ^[6]

Within 3 years, he and his two business partners grew SXT to the third largest company in Poland in terms of sales.

In 2009 founded Explanis Business Organization.

His mission was to inspire students in the fields of entrepreneurship, business, and other elements of life. ^[1]

In 2011, Nazaruk founded University of Life, a non-profit which hosted a series of seminars.

As a trainer, his sessions focused on maintaining happiness in relationships, spirituality, and business online.

After holding one of his seminars, he realized that he was still not happy spiritually He felt like his life was lacking purpose, so he decided to take a spiritual journey.

He traveled to the United States to meet with spiritual teachers to help him find a sense of purpose. Some of these leaders include Wayne Dyer, Joel Osteen, Michael Beckwith, and Marianna Williamson.

During this stage of his life, he learned that life is all about love.

In January 2014, he published a book entitled, Inwestycyjne przebudzenie (translation: Investment Awakening). The book was a Polish best-seller for weeks.

In March 2014, Nazaruk founded Better World International, a non-profit geared towards inspiring people to do good through technology.

In July 2014, Pawel became the CEO of 5 Pieces of Advice.

^[1]The company was inspired by an elderly man with whom he engaged in conversation on a flight to the Bahamas. Nazaruk asked him if he could give 5 pieces of advice from his entire life. The elderly man told him a story about his parents being killed in a car accident. ^[6]

As a result, Pawel began touring America gathering videos of wisdom and spreading these messages across the globe.

The 5 Pieces of Advice projects aims to give people the chance to learn from collective wisdom and to avoid repeating errors made by past generations.

The Good Game is first in the world game based program where users can track the ripple effect their good deeds.

In September 2017, Pawel Nazaruk founded Blockchain Hotels, a global chain of sustainable hotels built on blockchain technologies and ICOs. He is currently leading the funding, team development, and execution of the company. ^[1]

In his spare time, Nazaruk enjoys riding motorcycles.

He is also a big fan of Captain America. ^[1]
