Paul Kahan

Paul Kahan

Paul Kahan is a chef based in Chicago, Illinois. He is known for his restaurants Blackbird, The Publican, Avec and Big Star. In both 2007 and 2009, Kahan was honored with a nomination for James Beard Outstanding Chef. [1][2][3]

Education

Kahan is a graduate of Towson University, Class of 2008, where he majored in Political science. He attended Washington-Lee High School.

Career

Kahan was previously C.O.O. of Wholesome Meal.
