Some sources indicate Patrick is of Liberian descent. There's no knowledge as to whether he was born in the United States but he was a long time resident of the Philadelphia area of the state of Pennsylvania.
Gesner Street Fire
On July 5th, 2014, a fire in Philadelphia which started in 3 a.m., set ablaze an entire block.
Only four people were died in the fire - all four were children.
The fire sparked controversy amongst members of the community protesting the incompetence of the mayor due to the lack of empathy and proper reparations for the family.
Unfortunately for Patrick, his two kids were in the fire and among the four that died.

In the summer of 2014, Patrick became the target of news related to the rallies and protests that erupted due to the lack of empathy coming from the mayor of Philadelphia after the fire incident.
Patrick and other community leaders in the area took to the streets to protest the Mayor asking when he will be able to give his children a proper burial.
Patrick also asked the mayor for an apology.
It appears that the mayor never made the apology desired by Patrick and the rest of the community.
Death

On May 12th, 2017, according to local news, a man named Patrick Sanyeah from Folcroft had been gunned down in Orange, California. Patrick was shot at the Stadium Promenade parking lot on West Katella Avenue. He was shot by Trevor Brockington. he was pronounced at the hospital.
The police are conducting an investigation about the shooting.
The investigation also involves the reasons as to why Patrick was on the other side of the country in California.
