Pamela Villalba

Pamela Villalba Garrido (Santiago, June 21, 1975) is a Chilean theater and television actress, married to actor Remigio Remedy.[1][2]

Biography

She made his debut in 1996 in the TV series Loca Piel with a secondary role.

In 1997 she got her first major role in Tic Tac, playing Dominique Aldunate. However, it wasn't until 1998 when she was called by Channel 13 to play the role that would consecrate her as an actress in the successful television series Marparaiso, where she played Valeria, a young anorexic who, despite being super skinny, is obsessed with looking and being pretty, and having the acceptance of others and herself. With this role the actress received a lot of applause from her colleagues and the public, since then she continued playing key roles, such as in Fuera de control, Cerro Alegre, Corazón pirata, Buen partido and Machos, until in 2004, after 6 years in Canal 13, she decided to return to TVN to participate in the first nightly TV Series Ídolos. After the end of Ídolos she returns to Channel 13 to participate in Quiero.

She has also participated in miniseries and sitcoms such as Mi abuelo mi nana y yo, La vida es una lotería, Tiempo final: en tiempo real, Casado con hijos.

In 2006, after 10 years of uninterrupted career, she decided to give her career a break to take a full sabbatical year and return to her career in 2008 with a special participation in Teatro en Chilevisión.

Currently, she is temporarily retired from television, dedicating herself to the theater and her career as a veterinary Doctor.[3]
