Pablo Antonio Serrano-Vitorino is a man who lives in Kansas City.

In March 2016, his neighbors were found dead.

One of the victims lived in the home, the other 3 were friends from the neighborhood.

Serrano's car - a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck - was found abandoned along I-70 near Montgomery County, Missouri, which is about 170 miles east of Kansas City.

Another dead body was found in a home near where the car was abandoned.

He did not resist arrest.

Serrano is in the U.S. illegally - he had previously been deported in 2004.
