Oluseyi Olanrewaju (MBA, MSc, PhD, M.IoD, FCCM, FCTI, CGMA, FCMA, FCA, FCCA) is an Executive Director, Finance/Executive Head of Department, Finance ( CFO ) at Vodacom Business, Nigeria.

Oluseyi Olanrewaju is a graduate of Yaba College of Technology, He went on to obtain BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom, MBA from Lagos State University and MSc Finance from University of Leicester, United Kingdom. PHD Accounting from Charisma University, Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies, UK. He is a fellow of IoD-Nigeria, CITN, ICAN, CIMA (UK) and ACCA (UK).^[1]

Seyi is an astute, diligent, value-driven and award-winning C-level Finance Professional, with over 20 years’ progressive experience from global multi-billion-dollar companies and a proven track record of success leading all phases of diverse financial operations/services.

His financial acumen spans key areas including general administration, payables, revenue reporting, receivables, general ledger administration, tax management, audit, treasury operations and management, social investment analysis, process risk management, internal control, compliance, audit and investigation, asset management and reporting, inventory management, financial operations and reporting, Customer Service and Public speaking. ^[1]

He currently holds the position of Executive Director, Finance - Board member ( CFO ) in Vodacom Business Africa (Nigeria) and was awarded the CFO of the year in Telecoms Industry, 2016 & 2018. He has held various senior roles in Multinational Organisations like General Electric, MTN Nigeria, Internet Solutions, PwC, Zenith Bank, Konga e.t.c.

Seyi is a seasoned Finance/IFRS/IPSAS expert and respected analyst on Corporate Governance and Financial Reporting matters, with over 16 years practical experience spanning virtually all sector of business endeavor and the academics.

He is the author of the first indigenous text book on IFRS - 'IFRS Pal' and Executorship, Trust Law & Accounts.
