Olivia Wallace (2000- January 7, 2017) was a 16-year-old Secondary school l student from Eaton, Ohio. Friends remember her as a sweet and exciting girl.
Personal Life
Olivia was in a Relationship with Michael Bane since November 11, 2016. Olivia was a big fan of the famed Canadian rapper Drake. Olivia enjoyed cheerleading. [1]
Career and Education
Olivia attended National Trail High School and Miami Valley Career Technology Center for high school. She was employed as a waitress at Skyline Chili, a chain of chili restaurants based in Cincinnati. [1]
Death
On January 7, 2017 Olivia Wallace died in a car crash in Preble County, Ohio after losing control of her car and crashing into a tree.
Chloe Studbaker set up a GoFundMe page to help pay for Olivia's funeral.
On January 9, 2017 Preble Shawnee High School students wore pink in honor of Olivia Wallace.
Brad Wilson a family friend of Olivia and her family, set up an account at West End Bank to help the family financially.
A fund was also started to help the family at LCNB Bank called the Olivia Wallace Memorial Fund.
Olivia was pronounced dead at the scene of the single-car crash according to the Preble County Sheriff’s Office.
Preliminary investigation indicates that Wallace was driving a 2008 Honda west on Orphans Road when she lost control sometime between 2 and 2:30 p.m. The vehicle traveled off the right side of the road and struck a tree. The crash remains under investigation.
An autopsy will be performed at the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.
In addition to the sheriff’s office, North Central EMS and Eldorado Police Department and West Manchester fire departments assisted at the scene.
