Olga Feldmeier is Chief Executive Officer of SMART VALOR, a Switzerland-based blockchain company that is building a decentralized marketplace for tokenized alternative investments. A native of Ukraine, Feldmeier graduated from Vasyl Stefanyk Subcarpathian National University in 1999 with a Diploma in Economics and Finance, and went on to attend Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich, Germany, from which she received a Diploma in Banking and Finance in 2004. ^{[1] [undefined]}

From 2004 to 2010 Feldmeier worked as a management consultant in the Financial Services practice of the Boston Consulting Group in Munich. Feldmeier then worked for 18 months in London as a Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Barclays Investment Bank, before moving to Zürich where she served as an Executive Director in the Wealth Management division of UBS. It was during her time in Zürich that Feldmeier first became interested in cryptocurrencies, and she helped establish Switzerland's Crypto Valley initiative. Feldmeier left UBS in 2014, and in 2015 joined Xapo, a multicurrency wallet provider, as its Commerical Managing Partner responsible for the Swiss market.
