Oleg Bakhmatyuk is a founder of AVANGARDCO IPL which is the largest and most advanced poultry farming corporation both in Ukraine and in all of Eurasia.

Mr. Bakhmatyuk holded managing positions in a range of companies since 1996, including National Public Company Naftogaz of Ukraine (2005-2006).

In 2002 he became a member of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council.

He graduated from the Chernivtsi Institute of Economics and Law and obtained a master’s diploma in Industrial Management (1996).

In 2005, Mr. Bakhmatyuk graduated from the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas and obtained two master’s diplomas – in Management and Physics and Engineering.
