On December 7, 2016, Claiborne violently attacked and robbed Josephine Regnier, a U.S. Navy veteran, and left her with broken ribs and a concussion. [0] Regnier was waiting outside her home in Garfield Ridge, Chicago for her daughter to pick her up for a doctor's appointment when she went inside to seek relief from the cold. That's when Claiborne followed her inside, punched her and took off with her purse. [0]
He is also suspected of being involved in two other robberies and an aggravated battery incident in the area.
