On June 7, 2016 Officer Robert Reynolds fatally shot Andrew Robert Henson in Wagoner, Oklahoma just before midnight.

The incident occurred after Officer Reynolds stopped Henson for a traffic violation.

During the stop, Reynolds checked Henson's name for outstanding warrants and found he was wanted for burglary in Mississippi.

Henson fled the scene, rammed officers and then rolled his own vehicle before running.

Henson yelled, "You're gunna have to kill me." ^[0]

He raised his hands at officer Reynolds in the shape of a gun, who opened fire fatally wounding Henson.
