Norby Roque Salonga is a multi-awarded development practitioner, engagement leader, educator, and social entrepreneur.

In 2015, he helped develop De La Salle University's award-winning Lasallian Social Enterprise for Economic Development (LSEED) Center.
At present, he serves as the Founding Director of LSEED, the university's Center for Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

As a development practitioner, he led and handled the implementation of various programs in sectors of transportation, education, health, and local economic development with support from international organizations and funding agencies.
Currently, he also serves as a YSEALI Professional Fellow for Economic Empowerment of the U.S.
Department of State and American Council for International Education, Global Coach of Underdogs South Korea, and Founding President of YOUTeacH Philippines.
