Nomia Iqbal is a journalist and presenter at BBC. ^[1] She is a presenter for the BBC World Service's Newsday, an international early morning news and current affairs global program. ^[1]

Iqbal attended Leeds Trinity and All Saints where she received a PGD in broadcast journalism.

She began her career at GlobalTV as a reporter from January 2006-December 2006. ^[1] Iqbal then joined UTV as an editor and reporter from June 2007-June 2008.
