Noelia del Pilar Arias Cifuentes, also known as Licenciada Tetarelli (Santiago, Chile, November 25, 1980), is an Actress.

Arias' early work saw her participate in El Sótano from 1999 to 2000, playing "Licenciada Carlita Tettarelli" or simply "La Licenciada". She gained notoriety in 2003 in Vamos Chile of the television channel La Red, causing a stir with her very transgressive erotic shows for the open television of the time.

She went on to study professional acting at the Domingo Tessier Academy, graduating in 2008. She has worked as an actress in the series Infieles and in the television series Infiltradas, both of Chilevisión. She took DJ classes with Dorian Chavez and Marcelo Medell (both outstanding DJs of the national electronic scene).
