His attempt was ill-fated as Jason Petty caught Noah in a bear hug while his wife, Allision Young proceeded to beat him thoroughly with the baseball bat he bought in while their three children looked on.

Noah faces charges for armed burglary, battery, and criminal mischief.

He is being held in Charlotte County Jail with no bond.
