Nikita Rasskazov is a 16 year old teenager from Komsomolsk-on-Amur, who is accused of killing and decapitating Artyom Shustov. ^[1]

On October 30, 2016, Rasskazov was arrested after he confessed to decapitating Artyom Shustov. ^[1] Rasskazov accused Shustov of forcing himself upon his girlfriend, Olena Matsneva at a party. ^[1] The teenagers agreed to meet at Zheleznodorozhnikov (Railway Workers) Park in Komsomolsk-on-Amur to talk about the incident when an argument ensued resulting in Rasskazov taking a kitchen knife out of his backpack, stabbing Artyom Shustov twice and decapitating him. ^[1]

He then dragged the headless body to another part of the park and put the victim's student papers on his chest.
