On August 28, 2016, while high on Flakka, Gallo smashed through a family home window in Stuart, Florida and attacked a mother and her 30 year old son inside the home. ^{[undefined] [1]}

Gallo told the homeowner, "I'm on Flakka, I'm on Flakka !!" before attacking them. The 30 year old son was able to subdue Gallo to the ground, after his mother him in the head with a baseball bat. ^{[undefined] [1]}

When arrested, Gallo showed extreme strength and high tolerance to pain.
