Neil was shot in a 24 Hour Fitness parking lot in Las Vegas while attending CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in a robbery attempt.
Neil had been living in rental cars for 10 years even though he had an MBA and was active in the Jewish community.
Neil was a true humanist who eschewed material possessions.
