Ned Cloonan
Ned Cloonan is currently the President of Ned Cloonan Associates and the Managing Director at Liberty Square Group.
Before these positions, Cloonan served as Vice President of Corporate and International Affairs at American International Group (AIG).
Throughout his career, Ned built on of the most efficient global external affairs operations and corporate America and helped influence AIG's international initiatives.
Through his work, in 1992 AIG won the first 100% foreign owned license to establish operations in China.
Not only did Ned earned a license for AIG to operate in Vietnam, but his work assisted in the normalization of relations between the United States and Vietnam.
Ned was at the forefront in the field of strategic philanthropy.
His $100 million corporate philanthropy program at AIG funded initiatives in microfinance, disaster relief, and woman's programs.
He is on the board of several non-profit organizations.
Ned is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
In his free time, Ned likes to stay active through competitive athletics.
He is an active masters swimmer and a certified masters swimming coach.
