Nathaniel Eric Smith is an American resident in the state of Georgia.

He is the husband of Latasha Smith. Smith attended Bryan County High School and lives in Lanier, Georgia.

On June 22, 2017, Nathaniel and Latasha were recorded on video assaulting Jeanette Norris and her daughter Makiddian Norris outside Norris' Qwik Chick takeout stand next to U.S. Highway 1 in Baxley, Georgia.

The incident occurred just after 3:00 p.m. after the Couple complained about the two meals of fried chicken and fries they ordered.

They complained that their chicken was too cold and that they didn't get enough fries.

Norris checked the food and after more discussion, Latasha Smith attacked her, slapping and punching her in the face.

Norris' 15-year-old daughter then walked out of the family truck, where she was punched in the face by Nathaniel.

The punched knocked her off her feet, she suffered a concussion.

The couple then drove away as two other customers came to the scene.

Active warrants for aggravated battery and cruelty to children have been issued for the couple as they remain on the run.

On July 5, 2017, Nathaniel Eric Smith and his wife turned themselves in to authorities.
