Nancy Peeler is one of the six Michigan's government employees charge in the Flint water crisis.
She was the Director of the state's Program for Maternal Infant and Early Childhood.
In July 2015, she requested a report about the blood levels in Flint's children.
According to Bill Schuette, the Attorney General of Michigan, she released a bogus report when she identified a significant problem in the results.
