Nancy Aossey

is president and CEO of International Medical Corps, a leading humanitarian organization that saves lives and relieves suffering through disaster relief and training programs that build self-reliance.

Aossey joined International Medical Corps to head up its efforts in 1986.

Today, International Medical Corps’ 4,000 staff and volunteers provide $150 million in annual assistance to the world’s hardest-hit places, including Haiti, Darfur, Congo, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Somalia, Uganda, and Iraq.

Under Aossey’s leadership, International Medical Corps has delivered more than $1 billion of training and health services to tens of millions of people in 56 countries.
