Nahla Ariela Aubry (born 16 March 2008) is an American celebrity daughter. She is famous for being the daughter of Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. Her mother Halle Berry is an Academy Award winning actress, and model.

She was born on March 16, 2008, in Los Angeles, California. She was born to her parents Halle and Gabriel who got separated from each other on April 30, 2010. Her mother, Halle then re-married Olivier Martinez in 2013, but later got divorced in 2016. She has a half- brother named Maceo Martinez.^[2][1]

Since her parents were never married but instead got separated in 2010 it resulted to a custody battle of her between her father and mother.

The battle was later resolved in 2012.

Her mother lost the battle but instead has to share custody with her ex-partner Gabriel

She is getting along with her parents as her parents are taking care of her and try to spend quality time with her.

She was seen on her mother's 45th birthday, spending quality time with her mother and stepfather Oliver Martinez at Mirabelle Restaurant in West Hollywood.

She was also seen with her father, at Los Angeles Pan-Pacific Auditorium in December 2011 where they spent father-daughter quality time together.

Her mother, Halle Berry was born on 14 August 1966, she is a popular American actress known for appearing in movies such as Catwoman”, Gothika” and Die Another Day”. She has also recieved a lot of rewards. She was awarded with the Academy Award for best actress for the romantic drama “Monster’s Ball” in 2001.

She became the only female of African-American descent to have won the award as of today.

Her name Halle was chosen by her parents as they named her after the Halle’s Department Store, which was then a local landmark in Cleveland, Ohio, where she was born.

Her father Gabriel also wanted Joint custody of their daughter and thus objected to her decision of moving to France with their daughter. The arrangement would have affected the joint custody placed by the court. The court sustained Gabriel's objection in November 2012. The custody evaluator's opinion favored Halle’s decision. On November 29, 2012, the court closed the custody case after Halle agreed to an amicable custody agreement.

Gabriel demanded $50 thousand for her expenses and also that the child support amount be increased by $20 thousand per month during the court proceedings.

The court ruled in his favor, and in June 2012, ordered her to raise that amount of money.

Unfortunately Gabriel got into a physical fight with Halle's fiance, Oliver on November 22, 2012.

Oliver was injured and admitted to a Children's Hospital Los Angeles. Halle wanted to move to France with her daughter. She was planning to move in with her then-fiancé, actor Olivier Martinez, who lived in France^[3]. Olivier was reportedly furious, as Gabriel did not let Halle move to France with Nahla.

Oliver then proceded to file a report against Gabriel and was also granted an emergency protective order that barred Gabriel from coming within 100 yards of him, Halle, and Nahla, until November 29, 2012.

She received a notification from a superior court that ordered her to pay $16,000 a month in child support in June 2014.

She also received a reminder to pay $115,000, which she owed to Gabriel.

Her mother Halle was also liable to pay a sum of $300,000 for Gabriel’s attorney fees.

The couple finally put aside their differences when they came along with their daughter on May 2018 to the carnival in Los Angeles they looked happy together and showed no hate or bitter feeling for the love of their daughter.
