Muzmatch is a dating/matchmaking app focused on connecting single Muslims all over the world. The company has it headquartered in London, England with a second office in Bangladesh and was founded in October of 2014 by Shahzad Younas.

The Muzmatch app focuses on creating a safe environment and experience through community ratings, selfie verification, and more.

In 2016, Ryan Brodie was brought on to improve the app such as adding 22 profile questions.

The company is targeting the market that consists of 1.8 billion Muslims worldwide and specifically the estimated 400 million single Muslims around the world.

Muzmatch runs a freemium model, and reports an annual turnover of more than £4.5m.

Muzmatch was part of the Y Combinator Summer 2017 Program. After giving a speech to a group of investors and after he received $1.5 million in funding.

The founder of the dating website and app Would Like to Met, Eden Blackman, expressed that Muzmatch was a the "forefront of specialized dating apps."

Muzmatch founder Younas stated about his target market that "Muslims don't date, they marry."
