At around 8 a.m., male students were preparing for their physical education class in the locker room when a 16-year-old student stabbed five of his peers before stabbing himself.

The victims' wounds were primarily located around their neck and upper torso areas.

The perpetrator was boxed in by teachers before the police arrived and tased the student to further subdue him.

The suspect and the victim were taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries.

He was previously home-schooled before entering the public high school.
