Montgomery Blair Sibley is a disbarred American attornery who has been involved in various high profile cases including a suit seeking a constitutionak convention, suits regarding Barack Obama's birthplace, and representation of Larry Sinclair who asserts he had sex with Obama and that the lresident used cocaine.

In 2016, Sibley petitioned in Federal Court to be allowed to release the records of D.C. madame Deborah Jeane Palfrey. The records are said to include a list of 815 clients. Sibley has said the records will be released automatically if something happens to him or a response is not received within a time frame he established.

Sibley says the records have information that will effect the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

This could potentially be a hint that Ted Cruz was using Palfrey's services to get hookers, which would be a major twist in the Ted Cruz Sex Scandal.
