On Friday morning, December 30th, 2016, detectives began a search for Monique who was last seen at the McDonald's

located at 2600 block of Airline Bvld.

in Portsmouth.

She was getting inside a dark green 1998 two-door Honda Accord with Virginia license plate VGA-3672.

The police believe that she is in the hands of Marques Porter, a 20 year-old the detectives consider a person of interest.

He is described as a black man who is 5'11" and 180 pounds.

They believe that Monique was coerced into leaving the McDonald's with Porter and have concern for her safety and well-being as all attempts to contact her has been unsuccessful.

No one knows the relationship between the two.
