Molly Secours is a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and counselor offering a unique combination of experience in corporate leadership, performing arts and her expertise in race relation issues.Ms.

Secours is an Advisory Board Member at Fisk University's Race Relations Institute in Nashville Tennessee and has addressed the United Nations in Santiago Chile in preparation for the World Conference on Racism in Durban South Africa (August 2001).

Ms. Secours is also a writer and bi-weekly columnist for the Nashville City Paper and has contribute a chapter about white privilege to be featured in a book published Summer 2001 called The Reparations Reader (Harper Collins).

She has also co-created a workshop entitled Straight Talk About Race-a dialog in black in white which she co-facilitates with Dr. Raymond Winbush of the Race Relations Institute and a workshop entitled *The Art Of Listening.

She has appeared on television and radio to discuss the issue of white privilege and has testified before the Tennessee Judiciary Committee in support of a reparations study bill Spring 2001.
