On April 29, 2016 Misty Wilke ran over her boyfriend after she found out he was HIV positive.

At first the couple had an argument when her boyfriend laughed while telling Misty he was HIV positive.

Misty pushed him and then she slammed her Ford Mustang into her boyfriend while he was riding a bike.

The boyfriend suffered head trauma and a fractured vertebrate from the hit hit and run.

Misty was charged with multiple felonies including attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and leaving the scene.
