Mindy McGillivray is a 36-year-old woman from Florida.

On January 24, 2003, McGillivray was helping her friend Ken Davidoff at an event at the Mar-a-Lago. She says at the end of the night, Trump went over to her and grabbed her Buttocks. He then turned away and faced Ray Charles. Mindy did not report the incident to the authorities. Davidoff did not witness the incident, but has no reasons to doubt her.

In addition, in New Year's Eve in 2001, Trump caught Mindy walking out of the restroom and proceeded to flirt with her until Melania Trump appeared.

McGillivray was arrested when she was 17 for breaking into a school and got probation.

In 2012, she was arrested on DUI and child neglect charges because a child was in the car.

She was adjudicated guilty of a misdemeanor.

She also has numerous traffic violations.
